Paris, 13 December 2023 - Hivest Capital Partners has acquired a majority stake in Marie-Laure PLV from its fownder Marie-Laure Traux-Binsse in order to consolidate the group's organisational structure and strengthen its position in its traditional markets, while enabling it to expand internationally.
